The aim of our nursery is to create a home from home and nurturing setting for babies and children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, kind and caring qualified level 3 practitioner to join our growing friendly team. Term time/Part time/Full time contract available.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensuring that the children are being cared for in a happy, secure and stimulating environment.
- To plan, prepare and deliver the EYFS curriculum.
- To be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team.
- Implement the nursery's quality standards, policies and procedures.
- Building effective relationships with the children, parents and their families.
- Helping to meet children's individual care and learning needs.
- To encourage and support the children in meeting their individual targets and ensuring they progress and develop.
- To remain flexible in attitude and personal circumstances so that the nursery runs efficiently.
- To record children's progress on a regular basis, using our learning journal software.
- Support Nursery Manager in the running of the nursery.
