Genium Selection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Analyst for a global HR/Dayforce implementation based in Newcastle. You will understand HR needs, map processes, and translate requirements into secure, scalable technology solutions as you replace multiple HR apps with Dayforce.
You’ll partner with HR, IT and vendors, lead requirements gathering, document user stories and acceptance criteria, support data migration, and help shape the HR systems roadmap with a focus on global consistency.
