As Director of IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery, you’ll own infrastructure, operations and service delivery for over 15 locations globally while leading the infrastructure and service delivery team. There’s a need to move from site / regional IT to group centralised, standardised and measured technology investment, so here is your opportunity to deliver significant change & improvement.
To do so you’ll:
- Own the Infrastructure strategy & roadmap to standardise infrastructure to improve reliability and supportability.
- Engage technically on the best solution to fit business needs, considering the pace and adoption of change.
- Develop the Infrastructure team into a group wide function fostering collaboration & unified direction.
- Budget ownership & Contract management of all infrastructure including selection, negotiations, service delivery.
- Own IT support & Service Delivery with a focus on ITIL ensuring they meet business needs.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate the adoption of change and ensure successful implementations.
- Ensure IT Infrastructure fits the needs of the business considering growth.

- Significant IT Infrastructure experience, with technical breadth across networking, hardware, desktop, data centres, operating systems & cloud, with ITIL.
- Manufacturing Sector (essential).
- Owned the infrastructure roadmap.
- Delivered infrastructure change for an organisation with multi-country operations.
- Leadership & development of infrastructure and IT service delivery teams.
- Infrastructure contract management & commercially astute.
- Strong relationship builder and stakeholder management.
Salary: Circa £115,000 + Car allowance + bonus 20% + excellent benefits
Location: BRISTOL Hybrid working – office 3 days per week. Occasional travel, mainly UK.
