- A natural flair for community engagement—someone who knows how to build relationships, not just audiences.
- Great collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working across teams and juggling priorities.
- Data-driven thinking—you know how to measure success and make improvements.
- A proactive mindset and genuine excitement for learner-focused marketing.
Preferable but not essential:
- Experience working in or with the education sector or student-facing products.

- Confidence using tools like HubSpot, Canva, and community platforms.
- An understanding of B2B2C dynamics and how to engage end-users through partner organisations.
- Comfortable creating basic visuals, templates, or short-form video content including briefing the requests to external editors and/or creators.
