Meet the team
Welcome to Genio’s Marketing team. 2026 will make us sixteen-strong with a mix of generalist, specialist, campaign-focused, and service-driven experts. We work across markets, channels, and personas as a whole, but try not to split our attention too much individually.
What unites us as a team?
- Strategic: Everything we do has a purpose. We think through our plans, with clear goals and metrics, so we all have faith that both our successes and failures have meaning. Your expertise is respected and you’ll be heard as we put our plans in place.
- Creative: Quite simply, we have fun. We enjoy coming together to ideate and explore creative concepts that empower our brand to be disruptive. Our creativity isn’t just in the visual; we challenge each other to innovate and experiment in all aspects of marketing.
- Kindness: Genuinely, we all care and approach everything with positivity. Marketing products that have a genuine impact on users is a brilliant motivator – and we take pride in our impact as a team and on each other. Expect proactive support, positive challenge, and radical candour.
- Curiosity & Grit: We value learning and give space to experiment and try new things. We strive to work smarter so we have more time to be curious about new, exciting ways of achieving better results.
