In this high-impact, hands‑on role, you will own and maintain our HubSpot ecosystem and adjacent revenue systems, ensuring they remain clean, reliable, and perfectly tuned for our pre‑sales and post‑sales teams. You’ll be the person others rely on to keep our daily engine running smoothly, balancing proactive system administration with reactive support. This is a 9 month fixed‑term contract.
What you’ll be doing
- Platform Ownership: Lead administrator for the full HubSpot suite and integrated revenue tools.
- System Health: Manage day‑to‑day health, including data quality, workflows, pipelines, and internal support tickets.
- Innovation: Stay current with HubSpot releases and AI features to simplify or retire redundant configurations.
- Lifecycle Optimisation: Simplify and document commercial processes from pre‑sale through post‑sale.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Gather requirements from revenue teams to translate needs into pragmatic system improvements.
- Project Delivery: Independently manage and deliver projects that enhance system reliability and team efficiency.
Required experience and skills
- Solid hands‑on HubSpot administration experience.
- Comfortable working across multiple Hubs and understanding how they interconnect.
- Familiarity with adjacent revenue tools (e.g. enrichment, integration platforms, sales engagement tools) and how they connect to a CRM ecosystem.
- Ability to diagnose and fix system issues cleanly with a strong grasp of logic‑based automation and technical concepts.
- Organised and proactive; able to prioritise a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
