We are looking for someone who truly understands the full journey from production through to guest experience, ideally someone who has come from a bakery, artisan food concept, premium café brand, or has even built and scaled their own concept.
The Role:
- Oversee end-to-end operations across FOH and BOH
- Drive service standards, customer experience and team performance
- Work closely with kitchen, production and retail teams
- Support growth, efficiencies and operational improvements
- Manage budgets, labour, stock control and P&L performance
- Build and mentor high-performing teams
- Ensure consistency across quality, product and brand standards
We would love to speak to people who have:
- Strong experience across both front and back of house operations
- Background in bakery, café, artisan food, premium hospitality or concept-led businesses
- Experience managing large teams and multi-site or high-volume environments
- Commercial awareness with strong operational ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally someone who has launched or run their own concept previously
- Passion for food, people and guest experience
Bonus points if you have come from:
- Bakery concepts
- Founder/operator backgrounds
- Premium café groups
- Food production plus retail environments
- Businesses where you have worn multiple hats across operations
If you have built, scaled or operated a food business and understand what happens both behind the scenes and on the floor, we would love to hear from you.
