Job Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will be leading on the delivery of Broadband Genie's marketing campaigns across paid media. The ideal candidate will be able to work alongside and manage our paid media agency to grow accounts across both Google Ads and Meta, expanding to potentially e-mail and other relevant channels. We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, see opportunities and innovate to help us grow our accounts. Experience working on ad creative would also be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Activity management
- Work alongside our internal team and agency to deliver digital marketing campaigns, working towards set targets
- Run weekly reporting: gathering data, building reports and providing the narrative behind the numbers
- Working with our agency and Head of Marketing on building attribution models across multiple channels
Paid search
- Work alongside our paid marketing agency to deliver growth in the PPC account; managing the agency with oversight over the delivery of their roadmap
- Looking for additional opportunities to be implemented
- Contribute to setting KPIs and building OKRs
Paid social
- Work alongside our paid marketing agency to deliver successful marketing campaigns
- Co-ordinating between agency and Broadband Genie team to ensure campaigns are delivered in a timely manner
- Ensuring messaging and advertorial are delivered to a high standard
- Deliver marketing campaigns across meta ads
- Responsible for sourcing and delivering ad creative
- Explore opportunities for further growth
- Contribute to setting KPIs and OKRs
- Overseeing and optimising our email sales channels
- Creating email copy according to best practices
Other Responsibilities
- Attend and contribute to marketing campaign planning sessions
- Report on performance marketing KPIs as part of regular meetings
- Learn about the broadband industry
- Create and engage with your OKRs to drive forward your personal development
- Train in the use of our in-house technology or third party solutions
- Stay up to date on the latest news and developments in digital marketing
- Occasionally attend events to represent Genie
- Understand and comply with all GV guidelines for security and data protection
- Any other tasks or functions which are required by Genie, particularly in relation to digital marketing
Experience
