We're looking for a Founders Associate to join an exciting women's health start-up in London. Genie Fertility is a venture-backed startup working to revolutionise reproductive health. We believe that the future of women's health is in accessible data. 1 in 6 women experience infertility, and solutions are expensive, inaccurate and invasive. We are developing non-invasive diagnostics to improve fertility and reproductive health, powered by cutting-edge AI algorithms. We are building the most comprehensive reproductive health diagnostic and dataset, and are expanding our team to take our product to the next level.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Founders Associate, to work directly with the founders on whatever matters most - from shaping strategy to relentless execution. We are especially looking for someone with the ability to coordinate clinical studies and dive into operations with the technical and commercial team. As a Founders Associate, you'll sit at the centre of the company - jumping between clinical operations, product, technical, legal and ops, with high variation day-to-day. This role presents a unique opportunity for a multi-talented driven person who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to take on a broad range of challenges, from coordinating clinical studies to core operational support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the founders across core business and clinical operations
  • Support the team on clinical and regulatory operations: recruitment, coordinating clinical studies
  • Clinical on-site management
  • Owning and improving operations and executional pipelines within the company
  • Assist with operations ranging over: managing contracts, NDAs, payroll, legal documentation, presentations and finance
  • Help shape the company's regulatory and go-to-market strategy by supporting market research with potential customers

The role is full-time (4 days in-person), at our HQ in London.

Role requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical rigour and organisational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in early-stage startup environments.
  • Familiarity with biology or biotech and/or clinical operations
  • Highly proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action.
  • An understanding of health innovation and entrepreneurship, demonstrable through previous work experience or studies

Desirable:

  • 1-2 years experience in an early-operating role or founder in a startup
  • 1-2 years experience in a high pressure environment such as consulting/top-tier financial institutions driving operational, legal, or financial initiatives
  • Experience with patient recruitment
  • Demonstrable passion for women's health

The benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Meaningful equity in a high-growth company
  • Pension plan opt-in
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • 30 days' holiday + bank holidays
  • A multidisciplinary, fast-paced, and supportive work environment
  • Central London location
  • Opportunity for fast growth

How to apply: Please email anoushka@geniefertility.com with a CV and cover letter. If you believe you would add value to our company but don't meet all the criteria, we would still love to hear from you. We especially encourage applications from female, LGBTQIA+, disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, as these groups are underrepresented in the tech industry.
