THE ROLE
We are looking for a Webflow Landing Page Developer to join our high-level mentorship team at Genflow. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting landing pages for our students — entrepreneurs, creators, and digital business owners — helping them launch and scale with confidence.
You will work primarily in Webflow and Figma, building reusable, high-converting templates that students can plug into their projects. Beyond building, you’ll act as a landing page mentor and support specialist, reviewing students’ pages, giving feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping them install essential tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar. This is a hybrid role: part designer, part developer, part coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Webflow landing pages and templates that students can easily use, edit, and publish.
- Collaborate with the mentorship team to identify common student needs and create reusable layouts and UI patterns.
- Review student landing pages and provide detailed, strategic feedback on layout, UX, copy structure, and mobile responsiveness.
- Support students 1:1 or in group settings, helping them implement pages, fix issues, or apply feedback.
- Install and configure third-party tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, and more.
- Interpret Loom videos, written prompts, and sketches from students and turn them into beautifully built pages.
- Maintain design consistency, responsiveness, and conversion best practices across all builds.
- Work closely with creators to ensure pages reflect their brand, goals, and product offers.
Ideal Skills + Experience
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Webflow landing pages.
- Proficient in Figma — able to design from scratch or adapt brand kits to usable page sections.
- Demonstrated experience building pages for digital products, coaching offers, or personal brands.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness.
- Great taste — your visual work is clean, modern, and professional.
- Strong communication skills — you can interpret vague instructions and turn them into tangible work.
- Comfortable reviewing student work and giving clear, constructive design/dev feedback.
- Able to work efficiently and manage multiple page builds or requests at once.
- Familiarity with integrations like GA4, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, Zapier, etc.
- Bonus: understanding of conversion design — how layout, copy, and call-to-actions work together to increase results.
Why This Role Matters
Our mentorship program supports creators and entrepreneurs trying to build high-performing landing pages that sell their offers. But most don’t have the time, skill, or confidence to get their pages over the line. You’ll be their go-to landing page partner, helping them bring their vision to life — quickly and beautifully.
If you’re passionate about design, enjoy supporting others, and want to work in a fast-paced, high-trust community, we want to hear from you.
