  • Design and maintain a scalable mobile design system in Figma, ensuring consistent UI/UX across the app.
  • Iterate on designs based on data insights, product testing, and user feedback.
  • Lead visual execution of app features, from concept through to final UI.
  • Document design rationale, patterns, and handover processes clearly for developers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with mobile UI trends, platform‑specific guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design), and Figma best practices.

  • Strong UX foundations and ability to map user journeys and flows.
  • Comfortable designing both native and cross‑platform mobile experiences.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional product teams (PMs, devs, QA).
  • Bonus: fitness, wellness, or creator‑led product experience.
  • Experience working at pace across multiple mobile product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
