We’re looking for a Tech Ops Manager to join our Commercial Operations team and own the end-to-end delivery of technical work across our portfolio of digital products, including subscription apps and course platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all technical workstreams are clearly scoped, well-managed and delivered smoothly from concept through to live, with full visibility across the business.
This is a highly cross-functional role, suited to an organised, curious problem-solver and confident communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex delivery.
Tech Operations & Delivery- Own the project management of all technical delivery across new brand launches, commercial activations, feature development and business projects.
- Manage delivery from initial scoping through to release, ensuring timelines, progress, risks and dependencies are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear visibility of delivery status through structured reporting and day-to-day communication.
- Ensure QA processes are followed and all work delivered is properly tested and fit for purpose before launch.
- Manage app build submissions and releases, including coordination of app store requirements and assets.
- Oversee operational tech foundations including app store accounts, licences, tools, access and core processes.
- Delivery management of the overall tech roadmap - ensuring priorities are aligned with wider commercial, department and business OKRs.
- Create and own tech projects in Asana & Linear, defining requirements, milestones and dependencies.
- Identify and implement process improvements, tools and third-party platforms to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with brand, growth marketing and commercial teams to deliver sales, promotions and paywall updates across apps and websites.
- Support checkout, pricing and paywall updates to ensure accurate and timely execution of commercial activity.
- Partner with Customer Support to ensure tech-related issues are handled accurately, within SLA and in line with brand standards.
- Use customer feedback and review platforms to inform product, experience and technical improvements.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a tech ops, delivery or product operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of app ecosystems, including App Store and Play Store processes.
- Confident navigating a wide range of tech platforms and quickly getting up to speed with new tools.
- Proven experience managing developer tasks and documenting clear requirements for handoff.
- Comfortable owning QA, testing releases and providing structured feedback.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams at pace.
- Clear, confident communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Takes pride in quality, accuracy and delivery standards.
- Proactive, curious and comfortable operating without templated processes.
- Experience with Asana, Linear or similar tools.
- Interest in creators, digital products, subscriptions or the fitness space.
