We’re hiring a Social Media Content Coordinator to support and grow our community of ambitious creators and entrepreneurs inside Creator College. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, knows what makes TikToks pop and Reels convert, and genuinely loves helping others build their personal brand online.
As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering support, coaching, and community leadership to our cohort members – all hosted in our private Discord. You’ll also help with day-to-day social media content creation and work closely with the Social Media Manager. You’ll answer strategy questions, give personalized content feedback, track wins, and bring real energy to our space. You’ll also work closely with our core coaching team, learning the exact systems and frameworks that help our creators grow and win. If you\’re chronically online, obsessed with algorithms, and excited about shaping the next generation of creators – this is your chance.
Founded by Jun Yuh and Shan Hanif, Creator College is a high-impact educational platform helping creators and entrepreneurs grow their audience and business through proven systems, coaching, and content strategy. We’re scaling fast; and this is your chance to grow with us.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing day-to-day coaching communication inside our Discord community, answering questions and offering feedback in real time.
- Reviewing and auditing content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and giving detailed feedback creators can act on immediately.
- Learning our signature frameworks and systems from the internal coaching team to confidently deliver coaching aligned with our values and standards.
- Attending all live cohort calls to stay up-to-date on trends, creator strategies, and the evolving content landscape.
- Doing light community management – tracking student wins, celebrating progress, and shouting out creators publicly on social platforms.
- Working closely with our internal team to make sure our students feel seen, supported, and successful throughout the program.
- Assist the Social Media Manager on publishing and scheduling daily TikTok and Instagram content for the brand pages.
What we’re looking for:
- Deep working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – you know the trends, the algorithms, and what makes content perform.
- Experience with coaching, content strategy, or community management, ideally in a creator-facing role.
- Strong written communication – especially in casual, creator-friendly tones – and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- An eye for great content: you can spot what works and articulate how to make it better.
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks while staying positive, organized, and on-brand.
- Collaborative and proactive: you work well with others and take initiative when something needs doing.
- Bonus: You’ve worked in creator education, influencer marketing, or have a personal presence as a creator yourself.
