ABOUT THE ROLE
At Genflow we are passionate about building an exceptional, global team. We are seeking a UK-based Recruitment & HR Manager to join our team at Genflow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the hiring, onboarding and people processes within the business. You will play a key role in attracting the appropriate candidates, ensuring the most efficient hiring process, negotiating with candidates, onboarding as well as managing general HR operations including offboarding and exits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment:
- Proactively source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Manage recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to negotiating & finalising job offers.
- Support managers with candidate shortlisting.
- Draft effective job descriptions & application forms, in conjunction with hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through headhunting and proactive sourcing.
- HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees into the business.
- Utilise internal HR software to store key employee data.
- Support leadership with employee performance management set up & communications.
- Manage key HR documentation drafting and filing.
- Support with day to day HR administration, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing recruitment within similar industries.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Familiarity with Recruitment platforms including LinkedIn.
- Based in the UK, able to work UK business hours.
- Proven track record of scaling teams within previous agency environments.
