We’re looking for a Tech Ops Manager to join our Commercial Operations team and own the end-to-end delivery of technical work across our portfolio of digital products, including subscription apps and course platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all technical workstreams are clearly scoped, well-managed and delivered smoothly from concept through to live, with full visibility across the business.

This is a highly cross-functional role, suited to an organised, curious problem-solver and confident communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex delivery.

Tech Operations & Delivery
  • Own the project management of all technical delivery across new brand launches, commercial activations, feature development and business projects.
  • Manage delivery from initial scoping through to release, ensuring timelines, progress, risks and dependencies are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear visibility of delivery status through structured reporting and day-to-day communication.
  • Ensure QA processes are followed and all work delivered is properly tested and fit for purpose before launch.
  • Manage app build submissions and releases, including coordination of app store requirements and assets.
  • Oversee operational tech foundations including app store accounts, licences, tools, access and core processes.
  • Delivery management of the overall tech roadmap - ensuring priorities are aligned with wider commercial, department and business OKRs.
  • Create and own tech projects in Asana & Linear, defining requirements, milestones and dependencies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools and third-party platforms to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Ops
  • Work closely with brand, growth marketing and commercial teams to deliver sales, promotions and paywall updates across apps and websites.
  • Support checkout, pricing and paywall updates to ensure accurate and timely execution of commercial activity.
Customer Experience
  • Partner with Customer Support to ensure tech-related issues are handled accurately, within SLA and in line with brand standards.
  • Use customer feedback and review platforms to inform product, experience and technical improvements.
Experience & Skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a tech ops, delivery or product operations role.
  • Strong working knowledge of app ecosystems, including App Store and Play Store processes.
  • Confident navigating a wide range of tech platforms and quickly getting up to speed with new tools.
  • Proven experience managing developer tasks and documenting clear requirements for handoff.
  • Comfortable owning QA, testing releases and providing structured feedback.
What an ideal candidate would look like
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams at pace.
  • Clear, confident communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Takes pride in quality, accuracy and delivery standards.
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable operating without templated processes.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Asana, Linear or similar tools.
  • Interest in creators, digital products, subscriptions or the fitness space.
