Growth Accelerator helps marketing agency owners scale through clear systems, structured execution, and accountability. Created by Shan Hanif (CEO of Genflow), the program combines self-consumed module content, coaching calls and more personalised guidance on:
- Refining personal brand and leveraging your own channels to grow;
- Growth marketing to scale;
- Outreach to improve your acquisition pipeline;
- Operations and service delivery;
- Done-for-you services to build personal brand and growth marketing.
Growth Accelerator exists to help agency owners clearly define what growth looks like for them, and to support them with actionable steps to achieve it throughout the program.
About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time, fully remote Client Success Manager to own client experience inside Growth Accelerator. You’ll act as a hands-on growth and systems partner, guiding agency owners through a structured 6-month roadmap, ensuring they implement, optimise and get results. You’ll manage up to 25 clients and be accountable for:
- Overall client experience
- Progress through the program
- Retention and outcomes
Comp includes a strong base + uncapped performance commission.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of a portfolio of agency owners as their dedicated Client Success Manager.
- Lead structured onboarding and define a clear, tailored success roadmap for each client.
- Guide clients through defined monthly milestones and stage gates across the 6-month program.
- Track progress against goals and identify blockers or churn risk early.
- Guide clients to consume relevant course content and implement advice at each stage.
- Coordinate and oversee done-for-you delivery at key points in the program.
- Maintain clear, client-facing workflows and roadmaps via Asana and Pablo.
- Provide day-to-day support via Slack and scheduled calls, keeping momentum high.
Who This Is For:
- Ideally you have owned, run or at least worked within a marketing agency.
- You understand acquisition, sales, fulfilment and systems.
- You’re confident holding clients accountable to position them for success.
- Thinking in structure, priorities and execution comes naturally to you.
- You communicate clearly, directly and promptly.
- Worked in a CSM / coaching role inside an agency program.
