About the Role

This role will lead the development of products across our creator brands—taking ideas from concept through to final production. You’ll play a key role in shaping product ranges, identifying trends, and collaborating closely with creatives and suppliers to deliver high-quality, on-brand products that resonate with audiences and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of all apparel & lifestyle products (e.g. journals, planners, branded stationery, packaging, supplement accessories including tins, whisks & kitchenware)
  • Translate creative concepts into commercially viable, production-ready products
  • Monitor fashion and lifestyle trends across colour, fabrics, and prints, and apply these insights to product development
  • Brief and collaborate with designers to develop CAD & print designs, artwork, and product sign off decks
  • Source materials, finishes, and suppliers to achieve the best balance of quality, cost, and scalability
  • Manage sampling, prototyping, and production processes
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, commercial, logistics) to align on product vision and timelines
  • Own supplier relationships, including briefing, negotiation, and quality control
  • Ensure all products meet brand standards and margin requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product development preferably within apparel, stationery, accessories, or a related category.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes.
  • A strong eye for design, with awareness of current trends in colour, pattern, and materials.
  • Experience briefing and working collaboratively with designers.
  • Commercial awareness, including costings, margins, and supplier negotiation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple product timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with creator brands or lifestyle products is a plus.
