THE ROLE
We’re looking for Web & Digital Product Designer to lead the design of landing pages, e-commerce flows, and digital product experiences across our brand portfolio. This is a web-focused design role and will sit alongside our existing product and graphics design teams.
You’ll work closely with product, growth, and brand leads to create high-converting experiences, rooted in strong visual flair and clear information hierarchy.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Design sales-optimised websites and landing pages for digital applications (using Figma)
- Design multi-page eCommerce Shopify websites optimised for conversion and engagement (using Figma)
- Understand best practices for both web and mobile UX, helping to increase the conversion and usability of our products.
- Build responsive landing pages in Webflow and work closely with developers where needed to bring your designs to life.
- Translate product launches and campaigns into compelling, on-brand digital pages.
- Use tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar and GA to identify friction points and iterate based on behavioural data.
- Work closely with our eCommerce manager and brand team to monitor on-site performance. improve CRO and design AB tests to inform.
- Work with our product and brand teams to continuously raise the quality and consistency of our web and digital product design output.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing assets including website graphic banners, App Store imagery and feature mockups that clearly communicate product value.
- Coordinate with freelance and in-house designers when additional support or specialisation is needed.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in web and digital product design.
- Proficiency in Figma for layout, UI design, and asset creation.
- Hands-on experience building sites or pages in Webflow.
- Deep understanding of landing and product page structure, conversion design, and user flow.
- Strong visual design skills — especially with layout, hierarchy, and brand execution.
- Comfortable reviewing behavioural and performance data to inform design decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to own projects end to end.
- Bonus: familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Bonus: interest in the fitness, wellness, or creator economy space.
