THE ROLE
- Collaborate with the Product Director to translate product goals and user needs into intuitive mobile app experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
- Deliver high-fidelity, production-ready designs for iOS and Android apps
- Design and maintain a scalable mobile design system in Figma, ensuring consistent UI/UX across the appIterate on designs based on data insights, product testing, and user feedback
- Lead visual execution of app features, from concept through to final UI
- Document design rationale, patterns, and handover processes clearly for developers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with mobile UI trends, platform-specific guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design), and Figma best practices
Ideal Skills + Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong focus on mobile apps
- Demonstrable portfolio of app designs launched at scale (iOS/Android)Expertise in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout
- Strong UX foundations and ability to map user journeys and flows
- Comfortable designing both native and cross-platform mobile experiences
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PMs, devs, QA)
- Bonus: fitness, wellness, or creator-led product experience
- Experience working at pace across multiple mobile product initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
