- Translate creative concepts into commercially viable, production-ready products
- Monitor fashion and lifestyle trends across colour, fabrics, and prints, and apply these insights to product development
- Brief and collaborate with designers to develop CAD & print designs, artwork, and product sign off decks
- Source materials, finishes, and suppliers to achieve the best balance of quality, cost, and scalability
- Manage sampling, prototyping, and production processes
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, commercial, logistics) to align on product vision and timelines
- Own supplier relationships, including briefing, negotiation, and quality control
- Ensure all products meet brand standards and margin requirements
Requirements
