We are looking for a part-time remote researcher for SRI360, the #1 global podcast on Sustainable & Responsible Investing. The podcast hosts long form discussions with established professional investors in sustainable investing, diving into their background, investment strategy and crucially how they balance delivering impact alongside returns. The show has featured guests across all major asset classes.
Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the research, interview outline and discussion content on each professional investor guest for the host. The interview conversations are substantive and in-depth, and last about two hours each.
For each episode, you will:
- Research the life, background and work of each interview guest, their investment firm and their investing activities;
- Identify the unique aspects in each guest's life, career and investing strategies;
- Craft the angle/narrative for each interview to create a unique take on the guest and a memorable discussion;
- Create a comprehensive notebook of all research source materials on NotebookLM for the host;
- Create interview outline and write interview questions, in the host's voice ensuring that the interview is informative, thought-provoking, eliciting fresh insights and is full of entertaining stories that keep the audience engaged;
- Create catchy episode titles.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the Sustainable Finance, ESG, Impact & Responsible Investment space AND minimum of 2 years of previous professional investment experience (at an asset management, hedge fund, fund of funds, private equity or family office firm) with broad knowledge across major asset classes OR currently pursuing a sustainable finance degree;
- Passionate about sustainable & responsible investing;
- Strong demonstrated research, project management, organizational and AI research skills to be able to meet deadlines in a remote work environment;
- Working knowledge of NotebookLM (requires Gemini Pro subscription);
- Must be native English language speaker/writer;
- Based in Europe;
- Available for 20-30 hours per month available on off-hours and weekends.
