- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across enterprise accounts in DACH, building targeted prospect lists by vertical, company size, and buying signals.
- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to identify, sequence, and engage prospects at scale.
- Act as a strategic partner to German Account Executives and the EMEA Marketing team - aligning on campaigns, ABM targets, and local events.
- Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline metrics aligned to Germany revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with fluency in German professional contexts.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated - actively seeks and acts on feedback.
- Professional and adaptable across both formal and informal business environments.
- Experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
- Inbound prospecting experience required; outbound prospecting experience strongly preferred.

The Role - SDR DACH
This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected names in physical security at a pivotal moment in EMEA growth. As an SDR covering Germany, you'll be at the front line of Genetec's commercial expansion - converting inbound leads into qualified meetings and building outbound pipeline across two of Europe's most strategically important markets. Working at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you'll engage enterprise prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and play a direct role in helping Genetec win new business across the region. The role is based in London and there is a 3 day a week in office expectation.
