Genesys is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Professional Services for UKI and EMEA to lead day-to-day delivery of strategic customer engagements, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment while driving value realization across the account.
You will coordinate resources, manage client expectations, and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Education, traveling across UK and Europe as required. A degree in Engineering, Economics or Management and 5+ years of PM experience are required.
