The Regional Total Rewards Partner serves as the primary Total Rewards subject matter expert for the EMEA region, partnering with HR leaders, Business Partners, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, external consultants, vendors, and the Total Rewards organization to deliver competitive, compliant, and effective compensation and benefits programs. This role acts as the bridge between global Total Rewards strategy and regional market needs, ensuring compensation and benefits programs are implemented consistently while aligning with local regulations, market practices, and business objectives. The Regional Total Rewards Partner provides strategic consultation, governance, market intelligence, and operational leadership across multiple countries within the region.
The role is responsible for influencing Total Rewards decisions, advising stakeholders on compensation and benefits matters, identifying market trends, and ensuring regional programs support business growth and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards advisor for HR leaders, People Business Partners, managers, and business leaders across the region.
- Partner closely with regional HR, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Act as the regional liaison between local stakeholders and Global Total Rewards.
- Provide consultation and recommendations on compensation, benefits, and broader Total Rewards matters.
- Build strong relationships with external consultants, survey providers, brokers, and benefit vendors.
- Monitor market trends and emerging Total Rewards practices and provide recommendations to support business and talent objectives.
Compensation
- Lead regional execution of compensation programs and processes, including annual salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments, equity awards and the annual incentive program.
- Consult on job evaluations, leveling, market pricing, and compensation recommendations.
- Conduct competitive market analyses and benchmarking to ensure pay programs remain market-aligned.
- Support compensation governance, pay equity reviews, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with HR leaders and managers to ensure consistent application of compensation policies and practices.
- Analyze compensation outcomes and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
Benefits
- Serve as the regional lead for benefits administration, governance, and program effectiveness.
- Partner with local HR teams, consultants, brokers, and vendors to support regional benefits programs.
- Assist with renewals, market reviews, vendor evaluations, and program enhancements.
- Ensure alignment between global benefits strategy and local market requirements.
- Support employee communications and education related to benefit programs.
Governance, Compliance & Operations
- Monitor local regulatory requirements and partner with Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support audits, reporting, documentation, and governance activities.
- Partner with HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration and execution of Total Rewards programs.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across compensation and benefits activities.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational changes impacting Total Rewards programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA (or APAC for the APAC role).
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and salary administration.
- Familiarity with regional benefits practices and statutory requirements.
- Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, Shared Services, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience with Workday and compensation survey platforms.
- Excellent communication and consulting capabilities.
Preferred
- Experience in a multinational technology or SaaS organization.
- CCP, GRP, CEBS, or equivalent Total Rewards certification.
