The Digital Marketing Manager for the North, which currently includes UK&I, Nordics and the Benelux region, is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing programs that drive account engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. The role combines hands-on campaign execution with program management, budget oversight, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing activities aligned with sub-regional priorities and global initiatives. A key focus is supporting local Account-Based Engagement (ABE) programs, demand generation, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is creative and both operationally strong and commercially driven, with clear accountability for lead generation, account engagement, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and overall business impact. The candidate should understand how to manage the full buyer journey, working closely with Field Marketing to optimize overall campaign flows and shift focus from generic to personalised campaigns that resonate with ICP and target persona within buying groups.

What You’ll Do:- Manage end-to-end digital marketing programmes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities, ABE strategies, and revenue objectives.
- Own programme planning, execution, budget allocation, and performance measurement across multiple marketing channels and stakeholder groups.
- Develop and manage content syndication initiatives with external vendors, including programme setup, budget management, lead delivery, performance analysis, and optimisation.
- Plan, launch, and analyse paid social programmes through LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive targeted engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation outcomes.
- Lead the production and delivery of webinar programmes, including Zoom event management, Salesforce campaign configuration, registration workflows, promotional activity, stakeholder coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors on strategic marketing projects, including content development, asset creation, lead generation activities, and programme execution.
- Partner with Marketing Automation teams to design and execute email nurture programmes, drip campaigns, and lead engagement journeys that support pipeline progression.
- Provide digital marketing leadership and support for Account-Based Engagement (ABE) initiatives, contributing to targeted account strategies and engagement plans.
- Deliver digital marketing support across multiple sub-regions, ensuring consistent programme execution while adapting to local market requirements.
- Act as a digital marketing partner to cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Business Development, and Sales stakeholders, providing strategic and tactical support for business initiatives.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of digital assets and landing pages using WordPress, supporting events, webinars, and broader marketing programmes.
- Monitor programme performance through analytics and reporting tools, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and against agreed objectives.
- Oversee marketing spend and programme budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost management, and return on investment.
- 5+ years in B2B digital marketing (preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech)
- Strong experience across: Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), Email marketing and automation, Content syndication and demand generation, Account engagement strategies
- Proven ability to manage regional campaigns (if possible across multiple markets)
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes
- High attention to detail and structure, with strong operational execution skills

- Technical Expertise in Salesforce CRM (SFDC), WordPress, CMS, 6sense, Taxi for Email, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tableau, Zoom (webinar), ChatGPT
