We’re a dynamic, smart, and enthusiastic team led by an experienced founder who knows the industry inside and out. We’re now looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our team. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to fuel the growth of our business and contribute to shaping the future of the company.
In this role, you will:
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Nurture prospect relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate sales data.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing objectives.
We would like you to have:
- A proven track record in sales with experience driving and sustaining revenue, preferably in the genomics or biotechnology space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree, PhD is a plus.
- Passion for genomics and bioinformatics.
- A proactive approach to building networks and establishing relationships with clients.
- Strong independence, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
- A can-do attitude with excellent time management and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Exceptional English language skills (C2 preferred, C1 minimum).
