Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Unity MR-Linac Practice Educator at GenesisCare UK? Join us at a pivotal stage as we launch and embed our Elekta Unity MR-Linac service in Leeds.

As a Unity MR-Linac Practice Educator, you will be based in Leeds / home based with regular national travel required to MR-Linac sites. This is a 12-month fixed-term/internal secondment, full-time contract.

You will play a central role in ensuring workforce readiness, clinical confidence and safe implementation of the Elekta Unity MR-Linac service. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will design and deliver structured education programmes and competency-based training frameworks to support safe adaptive radiotherapy delivery from go-live through to sustainable steady-state practice. This is a unique opportunity to shape a flagship MR-guided radiotherapy service from the ground up, embedding high standards, reducing variation and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead education and workforce readiness for Unity MR-Linac implementation in Leeds.
  • Develop and maintain structured, tiered competency pathways for adaptive radiotherapy and SABR.
  • Ensure alignment with HCPC, IR(ME)R and GenesisCare governance standards.
  • Support MDT capability in adaptive planning, MR safety and clinical decision-making.
  • Reduce practice variation through standardised workflows and clear escalation pathways.
  • Contribute to audit, evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.

What You'll Have:

  • BSc Radiotherapy, BSc Clinical Technology, HNC MPPM, Diploma in Radiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with HCPC, AHCS or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience as a Radiographer, Dosimetrist or Physicist.
  • Essential experience in MR-guided radiotherapy and SABR.
  • Demonstrable experience in education, mentoring and competency assessment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
