From day one, you’ll help establish an innovative Theranostics and molecular imaging service, supporting advanced PET-CT, diagnostic CT, and future Theranostic pathways within a highly collaborative oncology environment. As a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist at GenesisCare, you’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our new Theranostics and molecular imaging service in Leeds, working with advanced PET-CT and diagnostic imaging technology within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality Nuclear Medicine imaging, while supporting the continued growth of Theranostics services across the centre. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality PET-CT and diagnostic imaging examinations
  • Support the ongoing development of Theranostics and molecular imaging services
  • Perform quality assurance procedures and maintain high imaging standards
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists, oncologists, physicists, pharmacists, nurses, and wider multidisciplinary teams
  • Support governance, radiation safety, and compliance standards
  • Maintain exceptional patient care throughout the diagnostic and therapeutic pathway
  • Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement within the new centre

What You’ll Bring

  • HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
  • Strong experience in PET-CT and diagnostic CT
  • Experience with SPECT-CT and/or Theranostics (desirable)
  • Experience across general X-ray and C-arm imaging
  • Proven senior-level or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and governance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A patient-centred approach with a passion for delivering exceptional care

Training & Development (Minimum Requirement)

  • Onboarding: Off-site placements: A minimum of 1 month at established GenesisCare centres, gaining hands-on experience with PET-CT, diagnostic CT, SPECT-CT and Theranostic services. Placements are delivered in structured blocks and require weekday residence near the host centre.
  • Travel expectations: Regular national travel and overnight stays during the onboarding period are an essential requirement.
