As a Pharmacy Technician with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the centre runs a safe, efficient and accurate dispensing service, including oral chemotherapy. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacist and wider clinical team to support the delivery of high-quality oncology services within our centre.

What You'll Do:
- Participate in the provision of a safe, efficient and accurate dispensing service, including oral chemotherapy
- Perform medicines reconciliation and provide medicines top-up services across the centre
- Procure, receipt, store and distribute medicines in line with good practice
- Issue dispensed medicines to patients, providing appropriate advice to support safe and effective use
- Maintain accurate stock control including stock rotation, expiry checks and stocktakes
- Support revenue capture and accurate drug charging processes
- Contribute to pharmacy governance initiatives, audits and policy updates
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, nursing teams and consultants to support seamless patient care
What You'll Have:
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Knowledge of GPhC Codes of Professional Conduct and their implications for practice
- Experience of dispensing medicines and medicine management (hospital experience desirable)
- Previous experience with SACT drugs would be a distinct advantage
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
