As a Market Development Manager with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding GenesisCare’s market presence within the private oncology sector. This home-based role focuses on building strong consultant and clinician relationships, delivering targeted growth initiatives, and using data-led insights to support commercial success across our UK centres. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver sustainable organic volume and revenue growth across assigned healthcare services or specialties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clinicians and medical stakeholders to drive service utilisation.
- Implement targeted growth plans in collaboration with clinical, operational and marketing teams.
- Consistently exceed commercial performance targets including patient referral volumes and revenue contribution.
- Use market data and performance analytics to identify trends and optimise decision-making.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform service development and positioning.
- Ensure engagement activities deliver measurable return on investment.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver aligned growth strategies.
- Provide performance reports, insights and forecasts to senior management and support commercial planning.
What You’ll Have:
- Proven success in high-value sales, business development or account management, ideally within private healthcare.
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate insight into action.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including consultants and clinical leaders.
- Confidence interpreting data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding KPIs and growth targets.
