What You'll Do:
- Provide expert clinical leadership and oversight to ensure safe and efficient delivery of SACT services
- Lead and develop a high-performing nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, patient safety standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and treatment capacity to optimise service delivery
- Lead clinical audits, incident management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Have:
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
- Significant post-registration experience in oncology/haematology and SACT administration (minimum 5 years)
- Proven leadership and senior clinical experience (minimum 3 years)
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, audits, risk, and incident management
- Current UKONS SACT Passport
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Post-registration qualification in oncology/haematology and/or leadership
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care
