As the Clinical Training Manager, you’ll lead and shape GenesisCare UK’s organisation-wide approach to clinical education, workforce development and training governance. Working closely with the Quality Team, People & Culture and senior clinical stakeholders, you’ll ensure our education provision is robust, compliant and aligned with national best practice standards. This is a senior, autonomous role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how we develop our people, strengthen leadership capability and support future talent pipelines across GenesisCare UK.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of GenesisCare UK’s clinical education and training strategy.
- Oversee mandatory and statutory training governance, compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and support clinical leadership, induction, CPD, supervision and preceptorship programmes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure education governance frameworks support regulatory compliance, quality standards and inspection readiness.
- Manage and optimise learning management systems and education records to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
- Build strong partnerships with clinical leaders, external education providers and higher education institutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of education programmes using data, feedback and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Support the development of future workforce capability and talent pipelines across GenesisCare UK.
What You’ll Have:
- Significant experience in clinical education or workforce development within a regulated healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of CPD, revalidation, professional standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience designing, implementing and evaluating clinical education programmes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience working with learning management systems and education governance processes.
- Confidence working autonomously within a senior specialist role.
- A relevant healthcare professional qualification (e.g. Nursing, Radiography or Allied Health Profession).
- A qualification in education, training or workforce development would be desirable.
