What You’ll Do
- Provide overall leadership and operational management of the centre, ensuring excellence in patient care and service delivery.
- Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams including radiotherapy, diagnostics, nursing, administration and exercise medicine.
- Drive a high-performance culture, using data and KPIs to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key stakeholders to support referral growth.
- Identify opportunities for service development, including maximising the impact of the new SACT department.
- Ensure full compliance with governance, regulatory and safety standards.
