As one of four Senior SACT Nurses, you’ll be part of a specialist team delivering systemic anti‑cancer therapies, while helping to build and shape a brand‑new service.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe, high‑quality SACT treatments
  • Manage a patient caseload and run nurse‑led clinics
  • Provide expert advice and support to patients and families
  • Support clinical governance, audits and service improvement
  • Participate in on‑call and triage services
  • Mentor and support junior staff and students
  • Contribute to research and evidence‑based practice
  • Co‑ordinate SACT Unit shifts
  • Participate in Quality Improvement projects

What You’ll Bring

  • NMC registration
  • Experience in oncology and chemotherapy delivery
  • Competency in venepuncture and cannulation
  • Strong clinical decision‑making and patient care skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Holds a SACT passport and has a minimum of 2 years SACT experience.
