SABR Analytics Lead Radiographer (Oxford) – Overview
Join to apply for the SABR Analytics Lead Radiographer (Oxford) role at GenesisCare UK. This is a newly created, ground-breaking role at the heart of the UK’s busiest and most advanced stereotactic radiotherapy (SABR) service. Based at our Oxford centre, you’ll spearhead the transformation of how clinical outcomes, workflow metrics, and patient-reported data are captured, analysed, and shared. Working across our growing MR-guided treatment pathways—from liver and pancreas to spine and re-irradiation—you’ll drive evidence-based service development, regulatory compliance, and referral growth.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, academic partners, and industry leaders to embed research and audit into everyday practice. From integrating electronic PROMs/CROMs into clinical workflows to producing high-impact publications and visual data stories, your work will influence practice locally and globally. You’ll also keep one day a week in direct patient care, ensuring your insights remain grounded in clinical realities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the capture and reporting of adaptive workflow metrics, patient outcomes and imaging endpoints across MR-Linac and SABR pathways.
- Integrate advanced data systems to support clinical excellence, governance, and transparency.
- Co-lead monthly adaptive SABR audit meetings, translating findings into actionable service improvements.
- Collaborate on outcome-focused publications, patient stories, and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Mentor colleagues, foster a strong research culture, and present your work at national and international forums.
What You’ll Have
- HCPC registration and significant post-registration radiotherapy experience, ideally including adaptive/MR-guided and stereotactic workflows.
- Strong skills in data capture, analysis, and clinical audit, with proficiency in Excel and basic statistics.
- Experience working within UK radiotherapy regulatory frameworks (IR(ME)R, GCP, HRA, MHRA).
- Excellent communication skills, able to turn complex data into meaningful clinical insights.
- A passion for patient-centred research and continuous service improvement.
Why GenesisCare
- 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays), with options to buy or sell days.
- Private medical and dental cover, Employee Assistance Programme, and income protection.
- Free access to our world-class radiotherapy for you and your immediate family, if ever required.
- Company contributory pension scheme.
- Wellbeing support, Babylon Health, and Headspace.
- Free parking at most centres and exclusive retail discounts.
