As a Project Manager at GenesisCare UK, you’ll be responsible for delivering complex, strategic projects – from new clinical centre developments and refurbishments to cutting-edge equipment upgrades and expansion into new geographies. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and specialist contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting all healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver new clinical centres, refurbishments, and equipment upgrades (e.g. LINACs, CTs) to a high standard.
- Lead early-stage discovery, detailed planning and risk management to enable smooth project execution.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs, contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain project budgets and timelines, and manage changes or risks proactively.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide transparent, structured reporting to senior stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
- Lead commissioning, go-live and operational handovers.
What You’ll Have:
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience delivering clinical or similarly regulated infrastructure projects.
- Track record managing refurbishments, new builds and major equipment installations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to manage ambiguity.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM, PMP, CIOB).
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of construction and healthcare compliance (e.g. CDM 2015, IR(ME)R, HSE).
- Understanding of clinical settings and infrastructure dependencies.

- National travel to project sites as needed.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and meet project demands, including outside standard hours.
