The Role As a Patient Administration Officer with us, you\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring all patient referrals are processed and appointments are booked efficiently in accordance with GenesisCare policies. You will undertake all administrative activities required and provide excellent customer care to patients and visitors attending the centre. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career. What You\’ll Do Work closely with consultants and secretaries to support the patient referral pathway. Act as a point of contact for all patients, ensuring a professional and efficient service. Confirm receipt of referrals and registration for patients referred for Radiotherapy, Outpatient clinics, Chemotherapy, Diagnostics, and Theranostics (Windsor only). What You\’ll Have Experience and skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing a busy reception area. Experience in a customer-focused environment. Strong relationship-building skills. Experience in diverse administrative roles. Empathetic and holistic approach to patient care. Experience resolving complaints satisfactorily. Qualifications And Knowledge Experience with MOSAIQ IT package is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous healthcare sector experience preferred. Other Requirements Ability to work cooperatively within a team, exchange information, and assist colleagues to achieve objectives.
