As the Centre Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day organisation and management of the centre and its teams, providing clear leadership and direction while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred services. You’ll work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive performance, maintain exceptional standards of governance and compliance, and support future growth opportunities across the centre.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across radiotherapy, diagnostics, nursing, administration and wider support services.
- Drive a high‑performance culture focused on exceptional patient care, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, referrers and partner organisations.
- Support the centre’s strategic growth plans and identify opportunities to enhance services and patient pathways.
- Ensure the centre remains fully compliant with all governance, quality and regulatory requirements including CQC standards.
- Oversee centre performance, budgets, KPIs and operational efficiencies.
- Champion employee engagement, development and wellbeing across the centre.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Market Development, Finance, Governance and People & Culture to maximise centre performance.
- Lead local quality improvement initiatives and support GenesisCare projects and programmes.
What You’ll Have
- Significant leadership and people management experience within a healthcare or commercial environment.
- Experience managing healthcare services, with previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager preferred.
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets and KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities.
- Passion for delivering service excellence and improving patient outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, particularly with clinicians and external partners.
- Experience working within the private healthcare sector would be advantageous.
- A collaborative and engaging leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Degree‑level education and evidence of continued professional development.
