Join Genesis Care UK as an Administration Lead and help shape an exceptional patient experience.
As an Administration Lead, you will lead the centre administration team, oversee patient referral pathways and administrative operations, and work closely with the Centre Leader, consultants and clinical teams to deliver an outstanding service.
Please note as part of this role, your first 8 weeks will include working at another Genesis Care site whilst the building of Genesis Care Leeds finalises.
In these 8 weeks, you will receive training on our systems, gain hands on experience of how Genesis Care operates and become familarised with our Leadership processes.
All travel, accommodation & meals will be paid for during this period.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop the centre administration team, including rotas, 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions and patient referral pathways.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, clinicians and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage patient feedback, complaints and administrative incidents.
- Support CQC inspections and wider operational activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
- Act as a mentor and trainer for new team members.
- Previous line management experience.
- Strong administration and customer/patient service background.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience resolving complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MOSAIQ and healthcare experience advantageous.
- Organised, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
