What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and oversight to ensure safe and efficient delivery of SACT services
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance, patient safety standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and treatment capacity to optimise service delivery

What You’ll Have

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
  • Significant post‑registration experience in oncology/haematology and SACT administration (minimum 5 years)
  • Proven leadership and senior clinical experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, audits, risk, and incident management
  • Current UKONS SACT Passport
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) qualification (or willingness to work towards)
  • Post‑registration qualification in oncology/haematology and/or leadership
  • A commitment to delivering high‑quality, safe, and compassionate patient care
