GenesisCare is launching a new SACT and research service in Guildford, and we’re looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Breast Care) to support patients throughout their cancer journey. This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised oncology environment, delivering expert, compassionate care in a brand-new service. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as a Key Worker for patients, coordinating care and providing expert clinical guidance throughout treatment. You’ll work closely with consultants and the wider MDT to ensure a seamless, personalised patient experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment
  • Deliver holistic assessments and personalised care plans
  • Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families
  • Run nurse-led clinics and support MDT decision-making
  • Coordinate care pathways and support transitions between services
  • Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement
