In this patient-facing role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to patients and staff while remaining professional, caring and friendly in an ever-changing environment.

We currently have Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available, offering flexible shifts to support our collaborative team as internal movement creates new opportunities.

More specifically, you will:

  • Complete day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks to support clinic operations
  • Schedule, update, and confirm patient appointments
  • Process billing and receipting accurately at the time of appointment
  • Enter data accurately into clinical and administrative systems
  • Prepare, scan, file, and manage documentation in line with privacy requirements
  • Maintain accurate patient records and administrative files
  • Support efficient clinic workflows through organised administration
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding schedules, documentation, and processes
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks in a busy environment

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare funding mechanisms would be highly valued
  • Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible approach to work and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
