Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities
- Work with project teams to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed.
- Perform SIT/End-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC.
- Design and execute test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production.
- May also include Production Certification which requires manual/automated scripts be executed to certify production health and/or identify post-production defects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in QA testing.
- 2+ years of Selenium Automation experience.
- Knowledge and working experience on Agile testing Methodology.
- Hands-on experience in Web Services testing including Soap UI/XML, REST/JSON, MQ and Unix.
- Experience on Frontend, ETL and Database testing, with extensive working experience in writing and executing SQL queries.
- Unix, SQL Putty, Soap UI, WinSCP App Watch MQ, Splunk, JBoss, Autosys, TOAD, HP ALM, JIRA.
- Log validations experience or Files validations manually.
- Unix commands experience.

Pay Range
$50.42-$58.42
