Compensation

Base salary ranges from $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. Total compensation is highly performance‑driven and will vary based on industry experience, existing client relationships, and ability to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cultivate new client relationships in the Cleveland area
  • Generate opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
  • Sell IT staffing and talent solutions, including contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent placement
  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to prioritize and deliver top talent
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales pipeline management
  • Represent Genesis10 as a trusted workforce solutions partner

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting or sales experience (IT staffing preferred)
  • Proven drive, enthusiasm, and goal‑oriented mindset
  • Strong relationship‑building and prospecting skills
  • Experience selling or ability to learn staff augmentation and permanent placement solutions
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
