Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Richmond, VA. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the domains and the Enterprise for our ServiceNow transition
- Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domains to influence change over time
- Expert on process, data, stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching
- Deliver support (answers to questions related to vulnerability management and patching) via existing Tech Support Channels
- Serve as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS performing vulnerability remediation and patching
- Identify process and automation improvement opportunities in given domain
