Genesis10 seeks an Invoice Processing Analyst for an on-site contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Hampton, VA. Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
The Invoice Processing Analyst ensures that invoices, batches, reports, and other documents are processed appropriately for clients.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Directly research and resolve customer complaints/issues with invoice processing-related activities NOT limited to:
- Late/missing invoices
- Late payments and late fees
- Incorrect coding
- Improper batching
Requirements
- Associate degree or high school diploma with at least three (3) years of relevant experience working with multiple clients, required.
- Experience in customer support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
