You will own the full-cycle recruitment from strategy to offer close, targeting candidates who are not actively looking and who are currently in labs.

You will partner with founders and engineering leaders as a trusted advisor, shape the hiring bar, and build scalable sourcing and screening—including automation—to speed and improve every step of the process.
