Technip Energies is seeking an experienced and certified HSE Trainer to join our team on the Net Zero Teesside PCC Project. This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across the construction and operations phases of this landmark project. You will be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke HSE training courses, coordinating training requirements, and supporting the HSE team in fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored HSE training courses for Technip Energies site teams.
- Coordinate training requirements and maintain a comprehensive training register.
- Write monthly HSE training reports and generate training matrices and development plans.
- Deliver IOSH and other HSE courses regularly on-site.
- Conduct competency assessments and evaluations.
- Support the HSE team with additional HSE activities as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in HSE and Tech IOSH certification.
- Recognised adult training qualification and certification as an IOSH Trainer (including completion of the IOSH Train the Trainer course).
- Extensive face-to-face HSE training experience.
- Updated CPD profile with IOSH.
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015, COMAH 2015, and UK regulatory requirements for construction projects.
- Previous experience as an HSE Trainer on construction projects.
Key Relationships:
- Internal: NZT Project Disciplines, NZT Site HSE Manager, Project & Construction Directors.
- External: COMPANY, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
