We are currently seeking a Communication Specialist on a contract basis who will report to the T.EN Marketing and Communication Business Partner in the T.EN head office in Paris, whilst working closely with key stakeholders in London, Aberdeen, Oslo and Rome. Our Communications and Marketing team at T.EN X thrives on global collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovative thinking. We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging individual that is able to effectively execute the global and local communications strategy, whilst working with a wide range of senior stakeholders across an international business. The role will be based in our Central London office on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans addressing Corporate, People & Culture, Sustainability, QHSE, Technology & Innovation, and Business topics.
- Organize internal events such as town Halls, information meetings and other engagement activities to foster transparency and collaboration.
- Actively engage communities through targeted emails, compelling posts, and informative newsletters.
- Manage and animate internal communication channels including the Intranet, Microsoft Viva Engage, and Teams groups to foster connection, engagement and sense of belonging across the organization.
- Support teams in brand adoption, process improvements, and change management initiatives to drive alignment and efficiency.
- Manage ad hoc projects as requested by the Marketing Communication Business Partner, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to maximize impact and reach.
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree qualification in Communications, Community Management, or related field.
- Strong copywriting, project management, creative mindset, and design skills (Adobe Suite).
- Flexible, agile, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Out of the box thinker, pro-active and creative.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and capacity to innovate while respecting the international and cultural diversity.
- Ability to react and respond to changing priorities and manage a diverse workload in a dynamic, fast-paced culture; self-starter, multi-task oriented.
- Native English proficiency.
- Ability to serve and function effectively as a member of a global team.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders globally.
