Position: Despatch Operative (Night Shift)

Job Summary
To contribute to the despatch of products, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are maintained, and manage packaging in line with Goods In, Traceability & Stock Rotation Procedures, ensuring compliance with BRC Standards.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Ensure that every order has the correct products and quantities; inform the Despatch Team Leader of shortages; ensure documentation matches orders.
- Process all products using management systems such as Nav & Stevens to control traceability.
- Implement the \’clean as you go\’ policy at all times.
- Perform final checks to ensure all orders are in place and the Despatch area is secure before leaving.
- Monitor packaging and labelling for compliance with legislation.
- Adopt safe working practices in accordance with Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
- Maintain hygiene standards in working areas.
- Complete all documentation accurately and promptly for traceability.
- Communicate issues or changes to relevant parties.
- Transport products between sites.
- Load and unload lorries.
Essential Criteria
- Driving License
- Computer Literacy
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

Additional Information
